I'm here to change the taste & the image of the vegetarian and vegan cuisine! I have been adamant about making vegetarian & vegan food tastier and sexier, as I myself have been living this way for over 22 years and am still a little taken aback by the lack of passion in the vegetarian & vegan food that I have generally tasted, both in Switzerland and in other parts of the world.
My main target customers are indeed also meat eaters and flexitarians; not in order to convert anyone, but to cook and present a sexier side of vegetarian and vegan cuisine than most of the veggie food that we are generally being offered!
